Those interested in participating in any Las Vegas’ football contests have about a month left before the registration deadline. Note that those living outside of Nevada can pay a fee and utilize a proxy service. Below are some of the details of the five main contests for the 2018-19 season.

The Westgate SuperContest remains the most popular event with over 3,000 entries last year. Last year’s winner took home $1.4 million. Entry is $1,500 though the top 100 finishers win cash. There are also a few in-season mini contests players can participate in. Players select five NFL sides with set lines posted at 5 pm PT every Wednesday.

In 2017, the Westgate added the winner-take-all SuperContest Gold. Similar format to that of the regular SuperContest but only the top spot takes home cash. This year’s grand prize is expected to be around $750K. Note that there is a $5K entry fee.

The Golden Nugget’s Ultimate Football Challenge includes both NFL and college football side (7 picks per week) and a $1,000 entry free. The field is much smaller compared to the SuperContest with only 308 entries last season. First place won just under $120K and the top 20 finishers earn cash.

If college football is your weapon of choice, you can jump in William Hill’s college football pick ’em for only $500. There are $75K in guaranteed prize money and if the winner picks 49 games or more correct they’ll earn a $25K bonus. William Hill also does a weekly $25 entry fee NFL contest throughout the season. It’s unique in that it doesn’t involve point spreads, just straight up picks.

The brand new Circa sportsbook is offering a slightly cheaper ($1,000 entry fee) alternative to the SuperContest. Same format with five NFL picks per week. There’s $1.5 million in guaranteed prize money and rumor has it, the number of entries is currently not very big and players can enter as many as three times.
