Eight games. Eight unders. That’s what took place during last weekend’s NBA Playoffs. The barrage of unders was due in large part to some very inefficient offense compared to what took place during the regular season. Scoring alone was down 10 ppg.

Regular Season PPG: 111.2
Regular Season Efficiency: 110.4
Regular Season Pace: 100.0

Playoff PPG: 101.3
Playoff Efficiency: 101.6
Playoff Pace: 99.6

Not surprising to see oddmakers make some pretty big Game 2 adjustments. Compared to Game 1’s openers, Game 2’s openers are on average over five points lower.
